How is Elena’s Home Cleaning handling COVID-

We usually estimate 1 hour per bedroom, but we do not specify a length of cleaning. The time needed for cleaning will depend on the size of the house or building. We clean everything until we meet our cleaning standards, within reasonable time.

We assign cleaners according to the size of the home or space, mostly we assign 1 cleaner to most bookings. If we feel it is necessary to have more cleaners, we will let you know.

After you set up recurring service, we’ll be there like clockwork on the date and time you choose. We will send a reminder email the day before so you can expect us.
Can I trust the cleaners?
Absolutely. All of our cleaning professionals are highly trained, background and reference checked, as well as insured and bonded.
Do the cleaners bring all the necessary supplies to get the job done?
We bring all required products to give your home a great clean, aside from a vacuum (unless requested), mop, bucket or step stool. If you’d like us to use a specific product, please let us know and leave it out for the cleaner to use.
